What's the difference between the free version of Weather Depot and Weather Depot Premium?

What are the operating system requirements?
* Operating System: Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/NT 4.0
* Minimum RAM: 32 MB
* Minimum Disk Space: 12 MB
* Minimum Monitor Resolution: 800 x 600 pixels (how to change your resolution)
* Internet connection

What are the system font requirements?
For the program to operate correctly your system font should be set to default or small. Most computers come with that system font by default.

To change your system fonts go to Start > Settings > Control Panel. Click on Display. Then click the Settings tab and click the Advanced button. Change the Font size to small (normal).

How long will the download take (file size, estimated times)
* Download file size is about 4.7 MB. Approxmiate download times are:
* 56K model - about 20-30 minutes
* Broadband - a few minutes

Can Weather Depot be setup for locations outside the contiguous United States?
Right now, Weather Depot can only be set up for locations within the contiguous United States. We plan to offer set up for cities in southern Canada within the coming months. We do offer forecast for some Canadian cities on our Travelforecast.com website.

How do I set up Weather Depot once I download the setup file?
Once you have download the setup file, you will need to double click on that file icon (wdsetup.exe). You will then be taken through the installation and setup instructions. After Weather Depot is installed, you can open Weather Depot at the end of the installation.

Is Weather Depot FREE?
Weather Depot has both a FREE and a subscription-based Premium version. At anytime you can try a 2-week free trial of our premium version.

Do I need any special software or equipment to get Weather Depot to work?
No special software or hardware is needed to run Weather Depot. All you need is computer with the minimum operating system requirements listed above and an Internet connection.

What's the price of a subscription to the premium version of Weather Depot?

Does Weather Connections provide technical support?
You bet! Our Weather Depot support form can be used at anytime to contact us about any questions. If your answer is not found in our Weather Depot help section, we will respond as quickly as possible.

What is the screen size of the Weather Depot application?
